does God have for loving you?
And before you begin to answer
let me add
one more point for your review
what on earth does prayer
have to do with anything.
Two teams meet
on the field of competition
two armies meet
on the field of battle
in both cases
each side will pray to God.
Each side will pray
for victory over the other
each praying to live
while wishing
the other will literally
or
figuratively speaking, die.
So again
removing the act of prayer
what reason have you given
your God to love you?
Have you shown what your God is like
when in front of you
stands the most disturbing
of humanities view?
When last asked
by the seemingly impaired
“can you spear …”
did you quickly respond, shoo!
Or perhaps
they did not even know of your disdain
when protected by your distance
you simply passed judgment
upon their existence
and for this you still proclaim
that your God loves you!
Please!
Do not mistake my not accepting
of your godly existence
when you have so very profoundly
convinced me
that your God loves everyone
It is simply this
I could not love a God that Loves you!
And yes, that is my ungodly judgment of you!
