Some journeys must be walked alone

If You Have Walked In My Shoes~

Then you know the journey

Some journeys are to be walked alone
Not because they were designed that way
It is not to be thought of
as
this is the way it has to be
And if asked
most if not all would gladly say
I wish to God it never had to be this way
But hey
for so many of us
we were born on the road already being
traveled by our birth mother/ father
Ours is to honour
our Mothers and Fathers
So we walk that road
with expectations that our
children will be born having arrived
We walk that road demanding
to
LET US IN
We walk to imprint upon our unborn
the rich history that shows
this is where your future will begin
