I hear so much about a minimalist life so much so I feel I have been the perfect minimalist wife.
I am with certainty I have no monopoly on running behind busily downing the lights, closing the pipes, redressing the heat, elevating the cold and yes a reminder of socks on their feet.
I use to be able to spring up at the crack of dawn.
I was always seeking absolution for everything that has ever gone wrong.
Now I find waking up no longer comes with that sunny side up song.
“Now I hit the snooze button a few times!
Now I simply say Get Up, Dress Up and Show Up!
Sometimes I have to say dust yourself off first and start again”
I hear so much about forgiving and or forgetting, letting go, moving on, be that team player by saying less of what you feel and more of what they can filter
“Now I value much more that self forgiveness is good for the soul especially when in your heart you know a good person resides amongst the ruins now cast upon the table” upon which we dine. Besides I prefer a dry red cause hope it seems never stays sweet for long”
And inspirational piece inspirited by the stolen thoughts of Ms. Sandra Pierce. Hugs~
