As I read this I too am brought back to that which pains me the most about the changing seasons, the coming of FALL.

For reason not relevant at this time, I think I my heart literally FALL at the closing of each September. Perhaps it is the years of anxiety having to return to school at the opening of each September, a place that brought, at its very best, mixed emotions, a place that never represented much joy. More honestly it is the heartbreak of the unforgettable.

For you, I can feel your pain and your circadian rhythm has fixed it positional calendar like an emotional GPS, reminding your heart, body and soul, of its arrival to your ceremonial grounds. Perhaps today, you take off your shoes, walk onto the open soil, take a bit into your hands, say a prayer giving your history its proper burial by sprinkling to soil ever so gently back to mother nature.
