A Soul’s Journey~
If you write, you probably read!
The short answer is NO~!
The irony of this prompt is this!
One of the MAIN reasons I WRITE is a vail attempt to make up for my years of not having read enough, and respected the art of reading enough, which was most likely caused by my very late development in early reading.
One of the most impactful of all books that I have read (given my limited book list) was A Soul’s Journey—a book I read while on a Christmas break in the Caribbean. It was my first trip back to the nation of my birth since having left as a young man in junior high, and now I was about in my last years of high school.
When doing a quick bit of research for this prompt, I realized that I COULD NOT FIND the original book that I read but instead found a number of other options that had NOTHING to do with my original love of the book. In my print, it spoke about the ability to have left one’s body while sleeping and travel to faraway places, but most interesting was the possibility of connecting with other souls who were also on an out-of-body experience.
That experience has been the catalyst that has driven me into a deeper introspection of our spiritual power. The knowledge and subsequent possibilities put forward by the author has shaped the way I now view many aspect of spirituality versus religion. Of note, A Soul’s Journey continues to be my personal journey into the yet unknown galaxy of what is possible beyond the closing our eyes be it in our meditation or in sleep.
